Founded in 1964, Rochester Armored Car Company, Inc. specialized in providing quality and innovative armored car services. Along with its sister company, Lewis System of Iowa, Rochester has 29 offices in 6 states with service to Mexico and Canada. The companies share common management with corporate offices centrally located in Omaha, Nebraska.

The procurement, storage and distribution of core business-related forms were managed by the Rochester staff from its main location in Omaha. This process was cumbersome and time consuming and the orders became difficult to manage and track among the 29 offices. The Rochester staff wanted to focus on their core business and reduce the time spent managing this process. In addition, they had no system to accurately track usages and dollars spent for budgeting purposes.

ADi Group spent time with the Rochester staff analyzing their current program. With that information, they designed a supply management program utilizing I-Print Solutions. This program allowed Rochester to outsource the procurement, storage and distribution of the products to ADi Group who maintains all inventory in their storage facility. Rochester has access to those products via an on-line ordering portal where they can view real-time inventory and make product releases to any of their facilities.

Rochester was able to successfully outsource the ordering, management and distribution of their core business related printed products to ADi Group. Each office now has the ability to order products directly from the ADi Group website with timely and accurate results. This has allowed Rochester staff to devote more time to servicing their clients and core business while at the same time reducing the overall cost of the program and increasing the levels of service provided to their satellite offices.
