President & CEO

Over the past 20 years Doug has transformed ADi Group from a print manufacturer to a full service provider of print solutions.

Doug oversees all financial activities of the company and provides leadership in the strategic direction of ADi Group as we continue to bring leading edge solutions to our customers and the marketplace.

Doug has over 30 years of experience in the print and graphics industry. After graduating from the University of Iowa in 1975, Doug joined his familyís mailing services company. In 1980, Communications Data Services offered Doug the opportunity to start a Print Buying Division serving their national mailing client base. In 1990, Doug purchased Advertiserís Duplicating, Inc, one of the nationís first web offset printers. Since then, Doug has brought together his manufacturing and print buying expertise to create a unique print solutions company now called ADi Group.




Scott Chapman

Scott Chapman
Executive Vice President

Scott joined the company in 2005 as Vice President of Sales. He holds direct sales responsibilities with several accounts, oversees our Sales and Account Management team, and directs our overall sales and marketing strategies.

Scott led our efforts in developing our unique I-Print Solutions offering which leverages the power of the internet to help our clients better and more cost effectively manage their print spend.

After earning his BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1987, Scott started in the print industry as a Sales Representative for Tension Envelope Corporation, a leading manufacturer of envelope products.

Under Scottís leadership, ADi Group has grown to become one of the Top 100 Print Distributors in the nation as ranked by Print Solutions Magazine.
